At Silver Spring ENT & Laser Center we take pride in attending to clients individually and spending time with them to bring their best look forward. Scheduling your appointment involves making sure that we are ready for you when you arrive and that we meet the timely service expectations of all our clients. It’s our pleasure to serve you.

PAYMENTS
We require a valid credit card on file to book appointments, purchase services and products, and to autopay the monthly Something Beautiful Membership (if selected). Most insurances do not cover aesthetic services. However, for your convenience, we take most major credit cards, debit cards, Care Credit®, and other digital payment methods.

DEPOSITS
Members are not required to remit deposits. Non-members are required to pay a 50% deposit on all scheduled/booked services at least two days prior to their appointment. Because deposits can be applied to all services, clients may opt to use their deposit for a service different from the originally scheduled service. Balances must be paid in full prior to the service. In all cases, deposits are non-refundable.

LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that certain events are unavoidable and may result in late arrival. All clients who arrive late will have their service time adjusted, without discount, to fit the time remaining for the appointment. All clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment for another day and/or time.

CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate our clients’ notice when they have to cancel and reschedule. We realize that everyone’s time is valuable and that occasionally, you might have to cancel an appointment. If you must cancel, a 24-hour notice is required so that we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. All same-day cancellations incur a 50% charge on the booked service. If you are a non-member, your deposit may be used to pay this charge. If you are a member, the 50% charge will be an additional charge applied to your credit card on file. After three (3) same-day cancellations, clients (member and non-members) are required to prepay in full for any future services.

NO SHOWS When clients do not come for their appointments and we have not been notified in advance, it is considered a “no show” and not a “cancellation.” All clients who do not come as scheduled and do not notify us of a cancellation will be charged 100% of the booked service. If you are a non-member, your deposit may be used to pay this charge. If you are a member, the 100% charge will be an additional charge applied to your credit card on file. Clients (members and non-members) who do not show for their appointments may be required to pay in full prior to receiving any future services.
