1. Can I request more than one service at the same appointment?

Once you book an appointment, you can choose to add another service at the same appointment. We recommend that you purchase a Something Beautiful Membership for great savings on multiple services.

2. Are there discounts for multiple services?

From time to time, we offer special promotions for new and returning clients. For the best value, we recommend clients purchase a membership to receive notices about special offers and discounts.

3. What other discounts do you have?

In addition to special promotions, sometimes we offer military, senior, and friend referral discounts.

4. Can I get services without a membership?

Of course. However, members receive exclusive discounts on products and services as well as other perks. You can become a Something Beautiful Member at any time.

5. How does membership work?

It’s easy. Once clients let us know that they want to be a member, they are auto-billed once a month using their credit card on file. Membership participation can be changed at any time.

6. How many services do members get monthly?

Members can enjoy an unlimited number of Indulged Inspiration Signature Facials at a 10% discount each time as well as 1 complimentary Enhancing Service per month and a 10% discount on one Indulged Inspiration Signature Facial for a family member or friend per month. We ask members to notify us when a family member or friend will be booking an appointment.

7. Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?

Absolutely. Gift cards and vouchers are purchasable in the amounts the client specifies and are valid for one year from the purchase date.

8. Are services covered by insurance?

Typically, aesthetic services and products are NOT covered by insurance. However, we do accept Care Credit®, credit/debit cards, cash, and a host of other electronic payment methods.

9. Do you provide a consultation if the client isn’t sure of what they need and want?

Yes. All new clients start with a consultation so that the most effective, efficient services and products can be suggested. Depending on the extent and requirements of specific services, a consultation may be required even if the client is not new. Virtual consultations can be booked online.

10. What are your policies regarding cancellations?

Our cancellation, late arrival, and no-show policies reflect that we value everyone’s time. Please see our Deposits/Cancellations/No Shows policies under the Aesthetics tab on the homepage.
